Rolls of raw ham from parma with flakes of parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinegar of modena
A simple appetizer to make, with the typical flavors of the Emilian tradition. To create this dish we take a slice of Parma ham and place it on a cutting board, inside we put a few flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of the “Acetaia del Parco” seasoning that we like best.
At this point we roll up our slice of ham and close the ends with two strands of chives, as if to make a candy. We serve our roulade garnished with flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and the condiment “Acetaia del Parco” labeled “Mont Blanc” or our Gran Riserve.
And here is an appetizer ready in a short time but which reflects the Emilian tradition.
