Acetaia del Parco is located at 700 m of altitude near the landscaped area of Parco dei Sassi.
It is a family-run company that has been producing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for about 100 years using traditional methods.
At the beginning of the 1900s, grandfather Gino with foresight “sacrificed” part of the grapes destined for Lambrusco for the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The choice was successful and passed on with passion to the following generations up to the current ones with Gian Piero Volpelli.
