Rising 700 meters above sea level, near the breathtaking landscapes of the Sassi Regional Park, Acetaia del Parco is cradled in the pristine beauty of the Modenese Apennines.

For nearly a century, this family-run estate has devoted itself to the art of crafting Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, faithfully preserving ancestral methods.

At the dawn of the 1900s, with remarkable foresight, Grandfather Gino chose to “sacrifice” part of the grapes once destined for Lambrusco wine, dedicating them instead to the creation of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

That decision proved visionary, and his legacy has been lovingly passed down through the generations—today embraced with the same devotion by Gian Piero Volpelli.

The artisanal scale of the acetaia ensures direct, meticulous care at every stage. Each step of the process is followed with passion, patience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
